    Who is this for?!? Everyone! If you're looking find yourself, this is it. If you’re feeling stuck, you lost yourself in motherhood or you’re looking to meet health goals and finally feel like yourself again. Do you want your energy back, weight loss, balanced blood sugar, improved gut health, less brain fog, or to relieve symptoms of any kind. This is the place to start. We're going to be building the foundations that you need to take the next step in your health journey and finding YOU again. That will look different for everyone and that's the best part, you have access to me so we can personalize what you need to feel your very best.

    What's included: A personal starting plan based on your needs, symptoms and starting point. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm messaging with me, weekly check-ins from me to build habits, lifestyle changes, encouragement, a friend by your side, someone there to ask questions when you feel stuck, access to functional testing and protocols, supplements, non-toxic product recommendations, and other resources. More resources will always continue to be added. You will also have the option to add virtual meetings for a discounted price.

  • 1-on-1 - 6 Month Coaching Program $2600

    Looking for optimal health and want 1-on-1 support. This is for you. This includes 2 HTMA Tests, bloodwork, 320 symptom questionnaire, food and mood journal, monthly calls with me, 5 day a week access to me for any questions, personalized protocol, changes as needed, and educational resources.

  • Nutritional Fuel Check- $75

    Are you always tired? Are you eating too much, or maybe not enough? Here is your chance to find out and finally give your body the fuel it needs. You’ll journal and track your food in my secure app for 5 days, and in 72 hours I will provide you with personal notes and a plan to slowly get your goals mapped out for the next 3 months. This will include if you’re over or under eating, your personal maintenance calories (macros), protein goals, hand portions if you have a busy lifestyle and don’t prefer number tracking and more.
